We offer an outstanding selection of beef, veal, pork, chicken and fish at the meat counter at the Sawyer Market.  Our beef is all USDA Choice or Prime and you're welcome to choose from our pre-cut steaks and chops or we'll cut to your specifications.  We have pork steaks, tenderloins and baby back ribs and our center cut pork chops are favorites with our customers.  We offer chicken breasts, leg quarters and wings as well as Amish whole chickens.  We stock fish both fresh in season, wild caught whenever possible, and Individually Quick Frozen portions of shrimp and ocean fish such as tuna, swordfish, and tilapia.  Just call to see what's in stock.

You will love our store made sausage.  We make breakfast sausage, chorizo, sweet and hot Italian Sausage, bratwursts and Polish sausages.  We also make a delicious chicken version of our Italians, brats and Polish.
