We want our customers to be able to "Eat Healthy, Eat Well".  In addition to familiar brands of groceries, we try to stock alternatives that are low-fat, preservative and/or gluten free, organic, produced using sustainable farming methods or grown by local producers such as produce from McWethy Farms in Three Oaks, honeys from Purchase Apiary in Lawrence, Michigan, syrups tapped from local trees by the Flagel Brothers in Benton Harbor and artisanal cheeses from Reny Picot in Benton Harbor.

We carry  Dean's dairy products, and we offer organic milks and cheeses as well as organic and Greek yogurts.
