Our coffee bar serves
delicious coffee as well as capucchino and espresso drinks from open to
close. We proudly feature freshly roasted and ground coffees from
a small, family run business in Mishawaka, IN., whose experiences in
the coffee business in Hawaii allow them to supply us with the highest
quality and freshest roasted coffee beans from around the world,
including organic and Fair Trade selections. We purchase in small
quantities so that you will always get whole beans that are only days
from the roaster to your cup and we grind our coffee just before
brewing to assure the freshest taste. Our decaffeinated
brews are fashioned from beans treated with the
Swisswater process which uses pure water, not chemical agents, to
remove the caffeine. Our Schaerer
espresso machine, made in Switzerland, makes the perfect cup of
espresso and our staff will create capucchino and lattes that will warm
