to reopen the Sawyer Market at this time. We are looking at various options for development of the property, both as a market as
well as at other possibilities. One option, for which we are actively seeking investors, is to open the market as a co-op, or customer

With about 4000 square feet on each of two levels and approximately 3000 square feet of open, lofted space as well as an approximately 1000 sq. ft. apartment on the upper level, the building offers endless possibilities for development.
